Hanan was incredible. Professional, polite, humble, kind and approachable. I started with Hanan in 2019, I was a first home buyer who was trying to get into the housing market during the beginning of the pandemic, during so much uncertainty and unpredictable market. Hanan took me to hundreds of houses over the past two years, she never got fed up or pushy to finalize a sale, but rather, very patient and understanding.
She was always looking after me and what's best for my financial situation. Initially, I was looking in the Durham region, but the market was so high that I wanted to start looking in different regions. I was extremely surprised of how quickly she picked up different markets that she was not familiar with. Understanding the market that's out of her comfort zone was key for us to get the best deal on an amazing house in Barrie.
Even until the very last minute she was looking for the best deal for me which resulted in dropping extra five thousand dollars off the asking price, in a market where everything was selling for 30-100k over asking.
